Client relationships tend to be long-term in nature, but don’t have to be. I meet with clients monthly or quarterly based on their needs.
Since I serve as a business partner, the accountability coach, and an ad hoc member of the team, clients find lasting value in having me as a long-term participant while working on strategy, leadership development, and organizational health. These things are constantly evolving, and needs change as the company grows so I’m able to help them through these transitions with different tools and advice. Overhead is not impacted because I am not an employee, but have a deep personal working knowledge of the team, the company, and their challenges.
