Our CEO Peer Groups are designed to provide you a safe, confidential space to help you make more effective decisions that lead to powerful results. Learn to take time to work on your business instead of in it. Stop being reactive and learn how to be proactive. Learn to focus on what is most critical and gain different perspectives on complex issues.

Peer Group Session with Ellen and group memebers conversatingSessions are four hours in length and meet monthly. Attendance is required at all meetings except in the event of sickness or death. Meeting dates are agreed to in advance and each participant is asked to reserve the time on their calendars and schedule around. Meetings are professionally facilitated by a former CEO and Executive Coach. We utilize a proven system for goal setting, both personal and professional, and hold each other accountable to achieve the desired results. Members sign a Participation Agreement that includes a confidentiality clause.

Currently, peer groups are forming in the local Athens area and are filled by invitation. Prospective members are placed in groups that are similar in revenue and employee size and have a common market focus: service, retail, industrial, medical, non-profit, etc.
